Bolo de Caneca … quem inventou esta maravilha?

Este foi para um Matilde e ficou super delicioso. Foi uma segunda tentativa. Acho que vou dedicar-me durante uns tempos.

Os pequenos ficaram encantados por ver o bolo crescer na caneca no microondas. Claro que não seria eu se não adicionasse algo saudável, apesar de ter adicionado tambem o chocolate e o caramelo.

Mas estamos de férias! Sabe sempre bem um docinho.

Mug Cake … who invented this?

This one was for a Matilde and it got super yummy. It was a second attempt. I think I’m going to dedicate myself for a while.

The little ones were delighted to see the cake grow in the mug in the microwave. Of course it would not be me if I did not add something healthy, even though I also added chocolate and caramel.

But we’re on vacation! You always know a sweet thing.

Bolo de Caneca de Beterraba

Beet Mug Cake

• Preparação:

1. Numa taça misturar os ingredientes secos.
2. Adicionar os húmidos.
3. Mexer bem e colocar numa caneca alta.
4. Levar 2 minutos ao microondas na potência máxima. Atenção para não queimar.

• Preparation:

  1.  In a bowl mix the dry ingredients.
  2.  Add the moist ingedients.
  3.  Stir well and put in a tall mug.
  4.  Take 2 minutes to the microwave at full power. Be careful not to burn.
