Memories, memories and more memories. So and only that. Those memories that warm our hearts when we grow up and become parents. With allergies I use to read all labels, inevitably, I started to realize that half of what comes on labels is expendable. It is not impossible to reproduce many of the things that are packaged at home. It is ridiculous the money that is spent on pre-made food, such as cake preparations, flour mixes and the like … in the end it is triple the price and it is less than half the time, with ice cream is the same. We complain so much that there are no ice creams for sale suitable for allergy sufferers when they can be made at home with half a dozen ingredients.
Making this ice cream is a game of solitaire! It is not difficult but it takes time, think about the children’s joy and it will be worth every second of your day.
There are a total of eight ingredients: Vegan condensed milk that you can buy or make at home with any vegetable drink of your choice, Vanilla Extract (or vanilla flavor), Chococolate for the topping, powder agar, strawberries, coconut oil , vegan cream and aquafaba.
Don’t do like me, don’t use a giant box to make ice cream. Look at the width of the box according to the sticks you have. It was my mistake to have made Maxi ice cream, then for the topping it didn’t go well, because they got too heavy. If they don’t have ice cream sticks, they can always be put on the plate.
