This week, already taught me a great lesson. It is in adversity that we overcome ourselves, that we create best, that we surpass ourselves the most. And if there is something positive in thin kind of situations, this was a very positive thing.
It was a fluke, one of the Eureka kind. I opened the drawer and the eggs mold fell. First, I muttered a “never get anything done properly” and then there was light! The egg white is like gelly, it would be a perfect dessert. Sweet mimosa ‘eggs’ … but no eggs. Who would say?
Then, nothing more perfect than my soft ‘eggs’ to complete. And in the end I ended up with an ideal dessert for the summer, fresh, sweet and that made the children’s delights.
