Another recipe, based on a classic from the 90s. Who had a Nut cake covered with soft eggs and whipped cream, put your hand in the air! It was a must have at every party. I promise that the next one that I will recreate is the cake with the football field.

After making the “soft” eggs, this idea came up, and although we cannot consume nuts at home, Spelt flour has a delicious toasted flavor that reminds us the nutty flavour.
