Finalmente as obras ficaram concluídas e podemos finalmente mudar de casa. Foi um dia estafante e nada como um bolinho de Limão para recarregar energias para amanhã continuar.

Só mesmo quando mudamos percebemos a quantidade infindável de coisas que temos… Brinquedos então nem se fala. Mas não podia deixar de partilhar mais uma receita.

Finally the works were completed and we can finally move. It was an exhausting day and nothing like a lemon cake to recharge for tomorrow continue.

Only even when we moved we realize the endless amount of things we have… And the toys? Lots of them. But I couldn’t sleep without share this recipe with you.

Bolo de Limão

Lemon cake

• Preparação:

1. Pré-aquecer o forno a 200 graus.
2. Juntar os ingredientes secos, excepto o fermento.
3. Juntar os ingredientes líquidos.
4. Juntar os líquidos aos secos aos poucos e ir mexendo, até obter uma mistura homogénea.
5. Juntar o fermento e incorporar.
6. Colocar num forma untada e levar ao forno 40 minutos.

• Preparation:

  1.  Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
  2. Add the dry ingredients, except thebaking powder.
  3.  Add liquid ingredients.
  4. Add liquid to the dry ingredients slowly and go stirring, until obtain a homogeneous mixture.
  5.  Add the baking powder and incorporate.
  6. Place in a greased pan and bake 40 minutes.
