Back to this little corner I like so much, to share the recipes from the photos I’ve been sharing in the last few days. It was a very intense January. A little bit of everything happened, some cycles were closed and others started. February is almost halfway through and these days there will be some recipes to make for your Valentins.
As you already know, I love to cuddle my little ones. And one of the ways I find to surprise them is to make recipes with the ingredients they like most. This recipe is for my Alice and everyone who loves olives. Alice is crazy about olives, every day she has to take a box for lunch, even if it is one or two.
I ended up making three versions to please Greeks and Trojans. Some simple breads for Lucas and Matilde, some with olives and seeds and others only with olives. It wasn’t long before they were just a memory. The dough is simple and with only five ingredients and then the olives and seeds for the interior.

De volta à edição de receitas. Tenho partilhado tanta foto mas editar é sempre mais complicado. Neste último mês e meio aconteceu tanta coisa. Entrámos em confinamento, novamente, as escolas fecharam, meteram-se férias pelo caminho, aulas online, quarentenas… Impossível chegar a todo o lado.

Voltei, voltei… Voltei de lá… Vim aqui rápido rapidinho só para vos contar e aliciar a fazerem estas maravilhosas bolachas Oreo. No fundo será um grande problema porque vão querer comer até a última migalha antes de conseguirem rechear todas. Verdade, ficaram tão boas assim!
